Clinical process

How is treatment carried out?

This is the question we are asked most before booking. The process runs in three stages, each with its own goal and measure of progress.

01

Assessment

The first session is given to assessment. We take the history of your complaint and use muscle, joint and postural testing to establish where the pain comes from. Any MRI or X-ray reports you bring are added to that picture.

02

Treatment

A programme is built around those findings. Manual therapy, medical device applications and exercise run together. The programme is not fixed once: it is reviewed and adjusted at every session.

03

Lasting results

Getting the pain under control is not the end. Strength and function work continues in the clinic's own exercise gym, and a home programme written for you keeps what you have gained.

Clinic and Exercise Gym

From assessment to function, under one roof

Rehabilitation has two stages: bringing pain under control and rebuilding the strength that was lost. Our clinic is equipped for both — assessment and manual therapy take place in the treatment rooms, while strength and functional work is carried out one-to-one in the clinic's own exercise gym.

  • The clinic's reception and waiting area in Nilüfer, Bursa
  • Treatment room with an adjustable plinth, compression device and anatomy charts
  • Compression therapy being applied in the treatment room
  • A recovery session in the treatment room
  • General view of the clinic's own exercise gym — free weights and mat area
  • The strength rack and resistance bands in the exercise gym
  • Dumbbells, balance equipment and wall bars in the rehabilitation gym
  • Conditioning area with a rowing ergometer and free-weight station

  • They told me I needed surgery for my herniated neck disc, but after I met Kemran Bey I no longer needed the operation. I went once a week for 10 sessions and felt relief after 2 months, and he carried me through for a full 1.5 years without strain; now my stiffness has started again, I'll repeat the treatment as soon as possible and I owe him my thanks.

  • I went to Kemran Bey with lower back and upper back pain. From the first consultation he listened carefully to my complaints and made a detailed assessment. Thanks to the treatment and exercises he applied, I started to feel better in a short time. His attentiveness, warmth and clear explanations throughout the process were a great advantage for me. He explained why each application was being done and guided me on the exercises to do at home. I am very pleased with the treatment. I recommend Kemran Bey wholeheartedly to anyone needing physiotherapy or with similar complaints.

  • I met him through a friend. My process, which began with severe upper back pain, ended after 10 physiotherapy sessions. He was extremely attentive at every stage. We progressed step by step and he freed me from all my pain. He also supported me a great deal with the exercises and routine I needed to follow afterwards. Even though my treatment has ended, I am still in touch with Kemran Bey. He is one of the most attentive physiotherapists I have ever met. I recommend him to everyone.

  • I met Fzt. Kemran Bey on the recommendation of a friend who was treated by him. I was looking for treatment because I also had a herniated disc. I started treatment at the physical therapy hospital that made the diagnosis, but recovery was slow, which led me to look for an alternative. After a course of 10 sessions I reached the result I wanted quickly and comfortably. On his advice I also started doing sport, and I am much better now. I definitely recommend him.

  • I found him both through recommendations around me and on the internet. We worked together over a period of about a month and a half to two months. I saw considerable benefit from the continuous sessions, particularly for releasing the foot muscles and easing restricted movement. If the patient is informed, he knows exactly what to do as a physiotherapist. I can already recommend him to everyone.

  • Years ago I found him for pain caused by a herniated disc, and with his excellent character and approach we began physical therapy. Thank goodness I got good results, and I strongly recommend him to everyone around me, from family to friends. He is a master of his work.
