About
Fzt. Kemran Hafız carries out his work in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation guided by clinical experience and an ongoing commitment to professional development. He provides assessment and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal, orthopaedic and neurological problems at the Private Health Professional Services Unit in Bursa.
In clinical practice he focuses on lower back and neck pain, lumbar and cervical disc herniation, mechanical musculoskeletal problems, and shoulder, knee and hip issues. Sports injuries, tendon and ligament problems, post-surgical rehabilitation, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues and movement restrictions are also among the clinical areas he addresses. Within neurological rehabilitation, he works on rehabilitation processes for stroke, MS, Parkinson's and balance-and-gait problems.
He believes the physiotherapy process should be planned not only around a person's current complaint but with their overall movement capacity and daily-life needs taken into account. Assessment therefore covers the person's history, how their complaints affect daily life, and their movement needs in detail. Alongside posture and movement analysis, joint range of motion, muscle strength and movement-control assessment, he draws on orthopaedic and neurological tests where needed, and reviews any existing MRI or other imaging results together with the clinical assessment.
Based on the assessment findings, he builds a personalised rehabilitation programme that takes the person's physical capacity, lifestyle and goals into account. Manual therapy and exercise therapy form the core approaches in treatment, complemented as needed by ESWT (shock wave therapy), Graston techniques, trigger point work, kinesio taping, medical massage and GTOS therapy.
He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Karabük University, in 2020. Through the clinical placements and fieldwork carried out during his degree, he gained experience working with a range of patient groups. After graduating he continued his clinical work in orthopaedic, neurological and functional rehabilitation. Since 2021 he has been seeing clients at his own clinic in Bursa, offering personalised rehabilitation within the Private Health Professional Services Unit.
Over the course of his career he has worked at Karabük Training and Research Hospital, Safranbolu Special Education and Rehabilitation Centre, and Romatem Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Hospital. Through this he gained experience with different age groups and clinical presentations across orthopaedic, neurological and functional rehabilitation.
As part of his professional development he has completed training in manual therapy, fascial mobilisation, myofascial approaches, osteopathic techniques and fascial anatomy, as well as orthopaedic subjects such as rehabilitation following knee surgery, ACL rehabilitation, physiotherapy for knee, shoulder and hip problems, and scoliosis rehabilitation. He has also built his professional knowledge through training and seminars on temporomandibular joint (TMJ) assessment and treatment, pelvic floor health, fibromyalgia, and various approaches related to pain.
He views physiotherapy not simply as a way to address a current pain or movement restriction, but as a rehabilitation process that supports a person's ability to move better in daily life. With that in mind, he places particular importance on combining assessment findings with the person's own goals to build a treatment plan that is practical and sustainable.

From assessment to function, under one roof
Rehabilitation has two stages: bringing pain under control and rebuilding the strength that was lost. Our clinic is equipped for both — assessment and manual therapy take place in the treatment rooms, while strength and functional work is carried out one-to-one in the clinic's own exercise gym.
